SCJ Constructora
In early 2026 Latam Energy Partners LLC (“LEP”) and Lionheart Capital LLC (“Lionheart”) formed a strategic partnership to acquire, rehabilitate, and develop mature upstream oil and gas assets in Venezuela.
TOGX México has provided its end-to-end E&P expertise to support the evaluation of business opportunities.
MKBII
In 2021, Trident OGX Inc. acquired 30% of the MKBII licence in the Republic of Congo, the largest On-Shore licence in the Sub-Sahara region.
At the same time was appointed as sole operator setting a goal of producing 30,000 bopd by 2028.
In order to reach its goals, secured a 300 million USD facility from Afrexinbank; the first ever deal of this kind for the bank.
LATAM Energy Partners
SCJ, an emerging service provider in Mexico's oil and gas industry, identified an opportunity to participate in production sharing contracts with PEMEX.
In 2026 SCJ Partnered with TOGX Mexico parent company to win the tenders for Macuspana-Muspac Closed Wells and Tupilco field Mixed Contracts.
